Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies
Deposit:
All services require a nonrefundable deposit of $35. This deposit will be credited towards your appointment cost.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period. After this, a $10 late fee will be applied.
Service Changes:
If you wish to change the service you’ve booked, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-call, no-show clients will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Client Eligibility:
I only service clients aged 13 and older. Clients aged 13 to 17 must have a signed parent consent form.
Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Full payment is required at the time of service, minus the deposit.
Health and Safety Guidelines:
Your health and safety are my top priorities. Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. If you feel unwell or have been exposed to contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment.
